- For online car reservations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, the full reservation fee will still be charged for cancellation
- For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, half of the reservation fee will still be charged.
- For cancellations made less than 96 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, 30% of the reservation fee will still be charged.
- For cancellations made more than 96 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, 5% of the reservation fee will be charged.
- If you do not arrive, the full deposit will be charged, so if you cannot come, please cancel the appointment as soon as possible.
- If you book an airport shuttle service, you can contact us directly to change your order 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- For other Malaysia chartered activities, you must contact us directly to change the order 24 hours before the scheduled time. You cannot change the itinerary directly with the driver.
- If the itinerary must be cancelled due to the inability to make changes, we will charge 50% of the fee.
If the flight cannot take off due to various factors, the order can be cancelled for free.
