Communicate Confirmation

After submitting the order, the company will send you a copy of your itinerary. If you find any part of the itinerary that needs to be modified, please contact us as soon as possible to make adjustments.

Please provide the following information when booking:
  • Contact name
  • WhatsApp / WeChat contact information
  • Your flight date / time / flight number reservation (required for airport pick-up)
*Number and age of children: (According to Malaysian ride rules, children three years old or younger must ride in child seats. If there is no remark or inspection, all responsibilities will be borne by the customer.)

Deposit Payment

After confirming the order, you need to pay 50% of the booking amount of the total travel expenses to ensure that your trip can proceed smoothly.

You may choose either of the below methods to pay the deposit
  • Cash payment
    Online payment
Travel expenses must be paid before the end of the trip (cash payment / online payment)

What is the payment process for chartered service?

  1. Order info and price confirmation
    Before you submit your order, please confirm that all order details are correct: time, period, location, number of people, car model, special services, fees, etc.
  2. Payment method selection
    • Online payment: Can pay for realm vehicle reservations or large amounts of fees through bank transfer / online payment.
    • Payment after use: 50% of the predetermined amount must be paid when booking the car, and the balance of the order can be paid by online payment or cash after using the car.
  3. Payment completion
    If you need an invoice, please contact customer service after completing the payment, we will prepare and send it to you as soon as possible.
  4. Reservation completion
    Congratulations, you have completed the reservation! Our professional driver will be waiting for you at your scheduled departure point, we wish you a pleasant journey.
